I am receiving the message "Reporting4Act! has successfully connected to the database. However, this database does not have reporting views available, so Reporting4Act! is currently unable to report against it." What causes this and how do I resolve it?

Reporting4Act! uses database views to report against Act! databases. There is an issue in some versions of the Act! installer which causes these views to not be properly created in some circumstances. If your database has this issue, you will need to have Act! generate these views for you. The instructions for this are given in the Recreating Act! Database Views in Actdiag topic.
