Problem: A message reading "Property CursorSchema has invalid value." appears when running a Stonefield Query for ACT! report. The report uses the ACT! 2005-2009 data provider to report on opportunity data, and is being run under ACT! version 2010 or later.

Explanation: This message can appear for reports with the following properties.

  • The report uses the ACT! 2005-2009 data provider.
  • The report is running on a system with ACT! 2010 or later installed.
  • The report is accessing opportunity information, through either the Company Opportunity, Contact Opportunity, or Group Opportunity table.
  • The report filters on several opportunity fields, including at least one formula/calculated field and at least one non-formula field.

Solution: Add the Opportunity ID field to the report on Step 2. If you do not wish to display this field on the report, go into its properties and uncheck the Display this field in the report checkbox.
