"File is too large" error when running a report

Solution

Applies to:

  • Stonefield Query SDK

  • Stonefield Query for AccountMate

  • Stonefield Query for ACT!

  • Stonefield Query for Alere

  • Stonefield Query for GoldMine

  • Stonefield Query for HEAT

  • Stonefield Query for Sage 300 ERP

  • Stonefield Query for Sage Pro

This error message means that either you're running low on disk space or the amount of data you've retrieved for the report is too large (more than 2 GB). Check the amount of free disk space and try to free some up by deleting temporary files or using the Windows Disk Cleanup utility. If that isn't the issue, try using a filter to restrict the number of records for the report.
