"The application was unable to start correctly (0xC0000056)" error message

Solution

Applies to:

  • Stonefield Query SDK

  • Stonefield Query for AccountMate

  • Stonefield Query for ACT!

  • Stonefield Query for Alere

  • Stonefield Query for GoldMine

  • Stonefield Query for HEAT

  • Stonefield Query for Sage 300

  • Stonefield Query for Sage Pro

This error may be caused by anti-virus software messing with Stonefield Query. Configure your AV software to not scan the Stonefield Query program folder. You may still get the error message if the AV has quarantined one of our files so you may have to go into the AV software and remove the file from the quarantine list or you may have to reinstall Stonefield Query.
