Fixing Printing Problems When Using Remote Desktop

If you run Stonefield Query on a server you access using Remote Desktop (RDP), you may find that a report doesn't print or output to file properly. For example, the top and left margin may be ignored, resulting in the report being pushed up and to the left. This may be caused by printer redirection.
